If your Lifeclock One is damaged, unfortunately we are unable to provide any spare parts for repair. It’s been over 7 years since this project was launched – there are many Lifeclock owners who are still enjoying their watch so we know that it can last a long time, but we also understand that things happen. If your watch gets damaged unfortunately there’s nothing we can really do – there are no more spare parts and getting them made would be ridiculously expensive (one offs from overseas). Unfortunately we are not a large consumer electronics company with the ability to support repairs indefinitely so please try to take care of your Lifeclock and enjoy it for as long as possible!
